Today’s prayer in my The Power of a Praying Woman calendar was being in God’s Word. Funny coincidence when I was going to post about this very subject.
You see we can’t draw near to God and get to know Him if our Bibles are always closed until Sunday when we go to church.
We need to spend time daily in the Word even if its just a few minutes.
Perhaps if you’ve created a prayer Bible (mine is in the photos) and all you have time for is praying scripture over someone or something, that’s better than nothing.

Thy word is a lamp unto my feet and a light unto my path. Psalm 119:105
