The Times Square website is once again offering a free countdown livestream, and ABC, CNN, and CBS are airing their traditional NYE specials. Dick Clark’s New Year’s Rockin’ Eve With Ryan Seacrest begins at 8:00 p.m. ET on ABC. Hosted by Seacrest and Rita Ora, New Year’s Rockin’ Eve includes Carrie Underwood performing a live medley of her biggest hits just before midnight.
Perhaps you want to ring in 2025 with a little bit of country music? If so, New Year’s Eve Live: Nashville’s Big Bash will stream live on CBS and Paramount+ with Showtime. Hosted by Keith Urban and Rachel Smith, the special features an array of exceptional country music performers, including Luke Bryan, Eric Church, Luke Combs, Tyler Hubbard, Miranda Lambert, Post Malone, Shaboozey, Brittney Spencer, Chris Stapleton, Zach Top, and Lainey Wilson.
Last but never least, New Year’s Eve Live with Anderson Cooper and Andy Cohen will stream live on CNN and Max. In addition to the infectious banter between Andy and Anderson, New Year’s Eve Live includes performances by Meghan Trainor, Sting, Diplo, Lil Jon, Patti LaBelle, and Shania Twain.

Will Netflix Have a New Year’s Eve Countdown For 2024?
There are a variety of countdown options on Netflix and Netflix’s YouTube page, but it doesn’t look like the streamer will be adding any new countdowns to ring in 2025.
