This creepy V-Day flick got a lot of love.
“Heart Eyes” earned the top spot at the box office on its opening day Friday, raking in $3.7 million, according to The Numbers.
The Valentine’s Day-themed slasher film, which the New York Times called “a romantic comedy feebly masquerading as a horror movie,” is expected to earn $8.5 million this Super Bowl weekend.
On its second Friday in theaters, “Dog Man” jumped down a notch to second, with a $3.24 million dollar take, and is slated to take in $13.7 million this weekend.
“Love Hurts,” which also opened on Friday, landed in third, with $2.62 million in revenue.
The Post said the “heinous action-comedy,” which stars Academy Award-winners Ke Huy Quan and Ariana DeBose, “is perfect for a couple looking to break up.”
In fourth place was “Companion,” down two spots from last Friday, with sales of just over $1 million.
“Mufasa: The Lion King” fell down a notch to fifth, fetching $1 million.
