Travis Kelce had some jokes following the Chiefs’ 23-14 home win over the Texans in the AFC divisional round.
During postgame interviews, Kelce, 35, was asked if he feels 25 again because of his stellar performance, where he helped lead the Chiefs to their seventh consecutive AFC championship.
His response, “22 baby, 22,” was an obvious reference to Taylor Swift’s hit song “22,” where the start of the chorus goes, “I don’t know about you, but I’m feeling 22.”
Swift was in the crowd for Saturday’s game, where she was spotted with 2024 WNBA Rookie of the Year Caitlin Clark in an Arrowhead Stadium suite.
Clark and the pop star were seen celebrating and hugging multiple times throughout the divisional round game, particularly during Kelce’s big plays.
Kelce finished Saturday’s game with a total of seven receptions for 117 yards, marking his ninth career playoff game with at least 100 yards, breaking a tie with Hall of Fame receiver Jerry Rice for an NFL record.
The three-time Super Bowl champion also surpassed 2,000 postseason receiving yards, joining Rice as the only other player to achieve that feat.
Kelce’s touchdown early in the fourth quarter gave Kansas City an eight-point lead, and ultimately sealed the game for the Chiefs.
The star tight end also caught a 49-yard reception in the second quarter, which set the Chiefs up for their first touchdown.
The Chiefs will play either the Ravens or the Bills in the AFC championship, which is set for Kansas City on Jan. 26.
