He may be done getting championship rings, but Tom Brady still knows how to bring the bling.
The former quarterback made his debut as a Super Bowl commentator at 2025’s big game Sunday, wearing an eye-catching watch by famed jeweler Jacob & Co.
The Caviar Tourbillon in Yellow Sapphires timepiece costs a whopping $740,000 and is set with 338 baguette- and rose-cut yellow sapphires totaling nearly 49 carats, along with 338 brilliant-cut diamonds.
“Tom Brady is the epitome of excellence, both on and off the field,” Benjamin Arabov, CEO of Jacob & Co. said in a press release.
“The Caviar Tourbillon embodies the precision, luxury and innovation that define Jacob & Co. We’re honored to have him represent the artistry and craftsmanship behind every piece we create,” he continued.
Fans noticed the jaw-dropping wrist accessory, with one quipping on X (formerly Twitter), “That thing looks like something Indiana Jones had to excavate.”
“Tom Brady’s watch is a showstopper,” wrote a second. Even Barstool president Dave Portnoy remarked, “Oh my god! Is Brady wearing a Brick Watch?” — jokingly referring to his own watch brand, which sells timepieces for a much more affordable four figures.
Brady, 47, has an extensive timepiece collection that includes some of the most exclusive styles — though he sold off a chunk of his luxury watch collection, offloading 21 styles for a total of nearly $5 million in December.
Earlier in the day, Brady wore a different — and equally blingy — watch from Jacob & Co. Dubbed the Billionaire Mini Ashoka, the piece is completely encrusted with 100 carats of diamonds.
Perhaps the new style was a talisman of good luck for his first-ever Super Bowl as a commentator rather than a player. However, former teammate Rob Gronkowski told Page Six ahead of the big game that his friend was “ready.”
“He’s always prepared. He’s the best at preparation,” added Gronkowski, 35. “He’s the best at, you know, doing his best, and he’s just going to be ready.”
