‘Southern Hospitality’ Star Maddi Reese Wants To Marry Joe Bradley In A Real Ceremony “One Day” — But Says She’s “Really Busy Right Now”

Love was in the air in this week’s episode of Southern Hospitality — just in time for Valentine’s Day. During a cast trip to Las Vegas for Maddi Reese‘s DJ gig, her boyfriend Joe Bradley surprised her (and everyone else) with a visit to a wedding chapel.

Like the rest of the group, Reese had “no idea what was going on” when their cars pulled up to the Sin City venue. She was even more surprised to find out she was the one getting hitched. While Reese was initially worried the fake wedding would jinx their future together, she ultimately said, “Fuck it, I’m down,” when Bradley assured her it was all for “funsies.”

With that, Reese put on a pink wig and a pair of sunglasses and met her boyfriend and none other than an Elvis Presley impersonator at the altar.

Looking back on the iconic moment, Reese told DECIDER, “I feel like as a group we just wanted to do something fun. And I mean, I feel like something reckless and impulsive is fun,” noting that she was just as “shocked” as everyone else by the wedding.

While they’re not legally married, Reese said her mom “wouldn’t be surprised at all” if she impulsively tied the knot without calling her first.

As for their future together, Bradley said in the episode that he hoped to have a “real wedding one day soon” as he eagerly shared his plans to “lock” his girlfriend down. But when DECIDER spoke to Reese, she said she wasn’t in as much of a rush to get married.

“I definitely want that one day, [to] have, like, a huge party where all my family and my friends and everyone can come and celebrate,” Reese said. “I’m just really busy right now. I just ended a whole DJ tour. I want all that stuff one day, but it’s just not my priority right now. Like where or what that would look like. But I definitely want my family there.”

We can only imagine how much Grace Lilly will be crying when it’s the real deal!

New episodes of Southern Hospitality air on Thursdays at 9/8c on Bravo. New episodes are available to stream the next day on Peacock.
