Ego Nwodim joined Colin Jost and Michael Che at the Weekend Update desk on the sketch comedy show and led a skit that went completely off the rails.
Nwodim, 37, talked about the White House’s decision to not have a comedian perform at the Correspondents Dinner, but sold herself for the job anyway by turning into stand-up comedian character named “Miss Eggy.”
