Post critic ‘uninvited’ from Denzel Washington’s ‘Othello’ after gripe about $900 ticket prices

He who has no stomach for this fight, let him depart!

The Post’s Broadway critic Johnny Oleksinski claims that the people behind Denzel Washington’s “Othello” withdrew his invitation to review it after he wrote a column arguing that tickets for the show are too expensive.

Oleksinski penned a piece last week revealing that stubs for the production cost $921 as far back as center row M. (Eesh — we’ll stick with the cheap seats! Once more unto the bleachers, dear friends!)

“This is not a triumphant victory for the classics,” he fumed, “It’s a war on your wallet.”

But he told us that on Wednesday night, the show “took back” his ticket saying there was “no availability.”

“So, Post has bought our own ticket instead,” Oleksinski said, adding, “But I’ve gotta ask the producers: Wherefore art thou so thin-skinned?”

If they’re gonna be like that, maybe Page Six just won’t go at all. After all, they do say that less is Moor.

The production didn’t comment, but an insider said: “The play’s the thing, and a seat to Othello is worth the ka-ching.”
