A flashy Long Island plastic surgeon performed an “unauthorized” vagina-lifting procedure, fondled an employee and told her to call him “Daddy’’ and labeled a 15-year-old intern “hot,’’ according to lawsuits.
Dr. David Pincus — who lives in a nearly $3 million mansion near his Smithtown office and tools around in a $300,000 Lamborghini Evo Spyder — is facing a trio of suits filed last year that are filled with lurid accusations, as well as alleged troubling medical practices such as ignoring a post-op wound so long it turned into necrosis.
“It’s so sick and so crazy that I lived through that,” said Jacyln Riker, a former employee and one of the plaintiffs, told The Post of her alleged dealings with the doc — who also has an office in posh Boca Raton, Fla.
Her suit, filed in September, claims Pincus would grab her breasts, lift up her skirt to flash her underwear and command her to “come sit on daddy’s lap.
“I can touch them whenever I want,” Pincus told Riker after he performed a breast augmentation on her, her lawsuit says. “I created you, and I own you.
“Call me daddy,” Riker’s suit claims Pincus would say. “Sit on me — straddle me.”
Another former patient, Vanessa Soda, said she went to Pincus in 2021 for a tummy tuck — and ended up getting a procedure she never heard of.
“ ‘You had a very low vagina, so I had to lift it up,’ ” he told Soda, according to her suit.
The incredulous woman told The Post, “Now, as far as I knew, I never had a low vagina.
“He never spoke about my vagina, and that wasn’t even a topic of conversation,” she said of Pincus, who also has an office in posh Boca Raton, Fla.
Soda told The Post she first went into Pincus’ office because of his impeccable five-star ratings across the Internet.
“There wasn’t one negative review on the guy — sounds like a great doctor,” she said. “But I guess not.”
Soda, 48, wasn’t only a victim of unauthorized surgery on her genitals — Pincus also sexually harassed her, telling her it was “great to see her boobs again,” according to her legal complaint.
“I’ll just take you home with me, and we’ll talk about this when we wake up in bed every morning,” she claims Pincus said in a recording shared with The Post.
Comments like those were typical in the office, according to Riker.
“He would grab me, and he would make comments like: ‘Jacyln, leave your husband, just be with me, I can take care of you,’ ” Riker told The Post.
A lawyer for Pincus — who records show was divorced in 2020 — called Riker’s suit “baseless and frivolous … an effort to line her pockets.
“Dr. Pincus is determined to wage a punishing defense against this bad faith attempt to tarnish his hard-earned reputation – without compromise,” said the lawyer, John Carman.
Pincus lives in a $2.77 million six-bedroom home near his Smithtown office. His Instagram account features pictures of at least one child he says is his — and also photos of a new, $300,000 Lamborghini Evo Spyder, which he said he owns.
When a reporter from The Post knocked on Pincus’ door Sunday, he said Riker and her lawyer, Anthony Mango, were extorting him.
“I refuse to be the victim of extortion,” the doctor said, adding that he’s treated more than 7,000 patients and has “thousands and thousands of happy reviews.
He added that 14 witnesses will testify against Riker at trial, claiming among other things that she “paraded” her “extramarital affairs” around the office.
Mango responded, “We look forward to litigating her claims in court.
“Ms. Riker isn’t the first woman to have experienced this, but hopefully, by her standing up against this conduct, she will be the last.”
A lawsuit from 2020 — since settled — accused Pincus of sexual harassment, saying he inappropriately fawned over the 15-year-old daughter of an employee, who worked as an intern one summer.
“Your daughter is so hot,” Pincus said, according to the lawsuit.
Pincus faces another active suit — filed in 2024, as were Riker’s and Soda’s — from a patient claiming he ignored an infection, resulting in a two-week hospital stay.
Days after a 2022 breast reduction, patient Michelle Armstrong developed “clear signs of infection, which progressed for many days without timely and proper medical care, diagnosis and treatment by Dr. Pincus and his office,” her lawyer, Brad Kauffman, told The Post.
Armstrong was eventually diagnosed with severe sepsis, abscesses, pulmonary embolisms, leukocytosis and necrosis, or body-tissue death, according to the suit.
Several emergency surgeries were needed to drain fluid from abscesses and to graft skin from her thigh to her breasts, the suit states.
Pincus told The Post that her infections were not from his work.
As for Soda, when she went to Pincus for a tummy tuck, she said she was shocked afterward to hear what he did to her.
Pincus allegedly told her, “Oh, right, I had to give you a mons lift,” her suit says, referring to a monsplasty, or surgery that aims to reduce the fat above a person’s pubic hair.
“ ‘You had a very low vagina, so I had to lift it up.’
“Now, as far as I knew, I never had a low vagina,” Soda told The Post. “He never spoke about my vagina, and that wasn’t even a topic of conversation.
“It was mind-boggling,” Soda told The Post. “I never heard of a mons lift.”
Another doctor later told Soda “I wouldn’t do what was done to you to my worst enemy” and that it could cost $40,000 to fix, according to her suit.
Neither Pincus or his lawyer responded to The Post when asked about the claims. But Pincus denied the claims in legal filings, saying Soda’s injuries were the result of”her own contributory negligence” and that she has been compensated.
Riker, 41, told The Post she worked for Pincus from when he opened his practice in 2019 until she quit in 2022.
Pincus told The Post that Riker was the one making “a hostile work environment for all of the employees.”
But an employee who worked alongside Riker told The Post that she witnessed the doctor reach down Riker’s shirt to grope her.
When Riker quit in 2022, Pincus began attacking her on social media and sent messages to her husband, her suit says.
Pincus’ filings claim that he never pursued “a campaign to destroy Plaintiffs [sic] relationship with her husband.”
But in a message shared with The Post, which Riker claims was from Pincus, he pledged to “bury you in front of your husband and your entire community.”
“You would think that after all of our time together you would realize that you probably shouldn’t be f-king with me,” another message reads.
Riker told The Post, “I had enough, and it sent him into a rage.
“But I’m done, I can’t live my life in fear.”
