Paige Bueckers is putting a stamp on UConn’s March Madness run

Paige Bueckers played on the Gampel Pavilion court Monday for the last time of her college career, and she made sure to go out with a bang.

Bueckers put on a stellar first-half performance that fans won’t soon forget.

Bueckers scored 21 points in the first half, a new career high for a half, on 8-of-12 shooting.

By the end of the third quarter, she was up to 32 points, tying her career high in an NCAA tournament game.

At that point, the Huskies led 72-36.

It marked her sixth 25-point game in the NCAA tournament, which ties Maya Moore for the most by a UConn player in the last 25 years, according to ESPN.
