Eichorn remains in custody after police in Bloomington arrested him when he allegedly arranged to meet up for sex with someone he thought was a 17-year-old girl.

Eichorn resigned from the Senate on Thursday. His planned conditional release was revoked on Monday after prosecutors slapped the disgraced senator with further allegations.
