Matt Sauerhoff, who ranted over unleashed dog, hasn’t apologized

He’s in the dog house.

The celebrity chef who was told to “suck a d–k” for merely asking his gym rat neighbor to leash his dog at their ritzy Manhattan apartment building said Thursday the athleisure-wearing hothead hasn’t bothered apologizing.

“[He] needs to just leash his dog, stop losing his s–t, and apologize. That’s it,” author and famous chef Eddie Huang, 42, told The Post Thursday — five days after his neighbor Matt Sauerhoff’s epic, caught-on-video meltdown.

“I don’t want anything [else] from the guy.”

Matt Sauerhoff, 38, the well-known founder of The LIV Method ripped into his famous neighbor in a curse-filled tirade.

Huang said he’s “gotten no apology at all” from Sauerhoff, 38, the well-known founder of The LIV Method, which “is disappointing.”

Huang, whose memoir was also the inspiration for the sitcom “Fresh Off the Boat,” shot footage of Sauerhoff ripping into him after a clash over their pooches at the Copper Building in Midtown Saturday.

During the encounter, Sauerhoff is shown flipping out, dropping an f-bomb and telling Huang to “suck a d–k” after Huang asked him to leash his dog on a building patio.

Huang said he’s since been contacted by other neighbors who have had tense moments with Sauerhoff after The Post ran a story about the ruff run-in Wednesday.

“I’ve also heard from several other residents about not-so-great encounters with Matt,” said Huang, who hosts the “Huang’s World” documentary series.

Huang was watching a UFC fight on a building patio with his Doberman, Mr. Chow, at around 8 p.m. Saturday when Sauerhoff’s dog startled them, and they fell off a bench, Huang said.

Huang asked Sauerhoff, who has appeared as a fitness expert on the “Today” show, to leash his dog but he refused and at one point began screaming and accusing him of not living at the building, Huang said.

“Who the f–k is this mother–cker?” Sauerhoff exclaims while pointing at Huang.

“Get off the private property,” Sauerhoff says. “Get the f—k out of here,” he adds as Huang continues to say he’s a resident of the posh building, where a one-bedroom pad reportedly costs more than $6,300 a month.

Sauerhoff accused Huang of not being a resident of the luxury apartment building.

Huang, who later wrote a Substack piece about the angry tirade, said he only posted the footage after Sauerhoff’s mother-in-law confronted him the next day with a veiled threat.

“I didn’t even want to post these videos but then his Mother-in-law threatened me in the lobby saying her husband was a judge,” he said.

Sauerhoff didn’t immediately return a request for comment from The Post.
