Mathew Knowles says Kanye West may ‘pay a price’ for attacking Beyoncé and Jay-Z’s kids

Mathew Knowles claimed that Kanye West might “pay the price” for insulting his daughter Beyoncé and Jay-Z’s 7-year-old twin’s mental capacity.

“People pay a price for being stupid, especially in the music industry,” the record executive told TMZ Friday.

Knowles, 73, acknowledged that the “Heartless” crooner’s recent antics on X (Formerly Twitter) might be due to his mental illness, saying he’s “hopeful” the latter “gets the type of help he needs.”

Mathew spoke out after his ex-wife Tina Knowles cryptically addressed West’s “evil” attack on her grandkids.

Reps for West, 47, weren’t immediately available to Page Six for comment.

On Tuesday, the Grammy winner posted a dig about Beyoncé and Jay-Z’s children Rumi and Sir’s intelligence before quickly deleting it.

West, who was diagnosed with bipolar disorder, claimed he didn’t take the post down to be “a good person” but because he didn’t want his account to be deactivated.

The following day, the “Bound2” rapper shared he felt “bad” about his remarks before immediately attacking Beyoncé and Jay-Z for watching as the Kardashians “[ran] him over” during his marriage to ex Kim Kardashian.

West, however, didn’t mention the musician’s 13-year-old daughter, Blue Ivy.

While Beyoncé, 43, and Jay-Z, 55, have yet to address West’s comments, a source told Page Six that they are “discussing” legal repercussions.

“Jay-Z and Beyoncé are aware of the posts Kanye has since deleted and are discussing how they want to handle this situation, whether that be privately and/or in a legal matter,” we’re told.

Another source shared that West’s recent rampage left Kardashian “appalled.”

“Kim has had enough and she’s done trying to be reasonable with Kanye when it comes to communication,” our source said.

“No matter what feud Kanye has going on with Jay and Beyoncé, kids are off limits.”

Recently, Kardashian and West have struggled with co-parenting, as the businesswoman seemed outraged when the latter released a song with their eldest daughter, North, featuring Sean “Diddy” Combs and Christian “King” Combs.

According to screenshot texts obtained by TMZ, the reality star attempted to halt West from releasing the track to “protect” the 11-year-old.

The exes also share kids: Saint, 9, Chicago, 7, and Psalm, 5.
