Travis Kelce’s nieces are going to support him at the Super Bowl in style.
Kylie Kelce told “Not Gonna Lie” podcast listeners on Thursday that her and husband Jason Kelce’s three daughters — Wyatt, 5, Elliotte, 3, and Bennett, 1 — will wear “Go Uncle Trav” shirts.
“They love their uncle,” the pregnant star, 32, said. “And, of course, they love cheering him on. … He is our family, and I want to make sure that the girls feel included.”
She noted that the little ones also enjoy “cheering on the Birds too,” referencing their retired dad’s former team, the Philadelphia Eagles.
The Pennsylvania-based team won the NFC Championship and secured a Super Bowl spot on Sunday when they beat the Washington Commanders.
Later that same day, Travis’ team, the Kansas City Chiefs, became AFC Champions after defeating the Buffalo Bills.
The teams will face off against each other at New Orleans’ Caesar’s Superdome on Feb. 9.
Kylie addressed the “elephant in the room” on Thursday, admitting that she will “ultimately … go to the game and cheer.”
She explained, “Truly, I’m always cheering Travis on. I love him. He is my family. I will always cheer on Travis’ accomplishments and hopefully successes.”
The former field hockey coach praised her brother-in-law for “work[ing] so hard” and “put[ting] in so much time.”
She gushed, “I am so happy and proud of Travis and the Chiefs’ accomplishments. I think the opportunity to play for such a historic [three-peat] milestone is incredible to potentially witness.
“That being said i was raised to bleed green,” Kylie continued. “I have friends who are still associated with the team. I have a close relationship with a lot of people in the Eagles organization. I get to live in the Philadelphia community.”
With that in mind, she clarified, “I will also be cheering for the success of those people.”
Jason, 37, issued a similar sentiment during Wednesday’s episode of his and Travis’ “New Heights” podcast.
“I would be lying if I said I don’t want the Eagles to win, but I also want Travis Kelce to win,” the ESPN commentator told listeners.
While Kylie’s kids will be supporting number 87, don’t expect her to don any Chiefs gear. She chose a “New Heights” T-shirt and red University of Cincinnati sweater for the 2024 Super Bowl, paying homage to the Kansas City team’s colors as well as the Kelce brothers’ alma mater and their podcast in a subtle tribute.
“I respect it, Ky. I appreciate you even wearing red. You know, you could’ve worn something neutral and just showed your support. You showing up was enough for me,” Travis said of his sister-in-law on a podcast episode following the big game against the San Francisco 49ers.
Jason, meanwhile, went all-out in a garish pair of Chiefs overalls and a Big Yeti T-shirt — which he said was a conscious choice to try and keep his shirt on in a “more composed” manner.
The siblings famously played each other in the 2023 Super Bowl, with the Missouri-based team coming out on top.
The following year, the Chiefs beat the San Francisco 49ers for their second Super Bowl success in a row.
Travis’ girlfriend, Taylor Swift, was present at the matchup and is expected to watch the tight end next month.
