Kristin Davis didn’t want to break up with Alec Baldwin when they dated in the early 2000s — for an “embarrassing” reason.
The “Sex and the City” star dished about her short-lived romance with the actor in Thursday’s episode of the “Literally! With Rob Lowe” podcast.
Davis, 60, told listeners that Baldwin, 66, was “so rich” when they were an item.
“One of the best things about Alec Baldwin when I dated him is that he had the most incredible house in Amagansett,” she gushed.
The actress admitted the Hamptons property played a role in her hesitance to call it quits with the “30 Rock” alum.
“I remember I was at work, and I was like, ‘Sarah Jessica [Parker], I just don’t know if it’s going to work out with Alec and I, but I just really love that house,’” she recalled.
Davis noted that the instance was “literally one of the only times” she has “felt that way” about a partner.
She added that not wanting to “break up with this person because [she] like[d] his house” felt “so embarrassing” to “say out loud.”
However, the “And Just Like That…” star acknowledged, “It’s true.”
Baldwin’s rep did not immediately respond to Page Six’s request for comment.
Davis also clarified that the Emmy winner was not the subject of a recent story she shared on her “Are You a Charlotte?” podcast about an ex ghosting her after she loaned him $5,000.
“Oh, my God,” Davis told listeners Thursday. “I never would have had to lend Alec $5,000, my God.”
However, she did not name the “out-of-work” actor, whom she hinted last month was “very talented” and is “now very successful.”
Some of Davis’ previous partners include actor Damian Lewis and playwright Aaron Sorkin.
The “Melrose Place” alum has never been married, telling “Best Friend Energy” listeners in 2023 that tying the knot was never a “goal” of hers.
She adopted daughter Gemma and son Wilson in 2011 and 2018, respectively.
Baldwin, for his part, has walked down the aisle twice, marrying Hilaria Baldwin in 2012 after divorcing ex-wife Kim Basinger.
He shares daughter Ireland, 29, with Basinger, as well as seven more children with Hilaria: Carmen, 11, Rafael, 9, Leonardo, 8, Romeo, 6, Eduardo, 4, María, 3, and Ilaria, 2.
