Kim Zolciak and Kroy Biermann finally found a buyer for their family home after a year and a half on the market.
According to TMZ, the estranged couple sold their Georgia mansion for $2.75 million last month — over $3 million less than their original asking price.
The 15,000-square-foot home — which was built in 2008 — features luxury amenities such as a heated pool, five fireplaces, a six-car garage, an elevator, an arcade room, a movie theater, a gym and more.
Zolciak, 46, and Biermann, 39, slashed the price several times while trying to avoid going to auction amid their mounting money woes.
However, the pair bought the mansion in 2012 for under $900,000, so they still made a pretty penny from the sale.
The former spouses split in 2023 after 11 years of marriage and listed the property in October of that year.
While they were originally asking $6 million for the seven-bedroom estate, they reduced the price by $1 million in January 2024.
Although they were set to go into foreclosure on Dec. 3, the exes were seemingly able to delay the date — giving them just enough time to close the deal.
Page Six exclusively revealed that the “Real Housewives of Atlanta” alum had moved out of the mansion in November 2024.
A source told us that Zolciak relocated to a nearby rental with the four minor children she shares with Biermann: Kroy Jr. aka KJ, 13, Kash, 12, and 11-year-old twins Kaia and Kane.
Although the couple lived together for months after their split, the former NFL player reportedly found a separate home in the area.
Meanwhile, their eldest daughters, Brielle Biermann, 27, and Ariana Biermann, 23 — whom Kroy adopted after their 2011 wedding — moved out of their parents’ home a while ago.
However, the family seemingly spent Christmas at the estate before handing the keys over to the new owners.
“last christmas in my childhood home thank you god for the amazing memories w my family- goodbye an emotional TikTok video on Dec. 25, 2024.
In the video, which was set to “How Do I Say Goodbye” by Dean Lewis, the influencer walked through the near-empty home for the last time.
Ariana looked sullen as she hugged furniture and pouted at the camera.
