Kanye West, Kim Kardashian get into war of words as he drops new song featuring daughter North, Sean ‘Diddy’ Combs

Kanye West got into a heated argument with ex-wife Kim Kardashian over a song seemingly featuring their eldest daughter, North West, Sean “Diddy” Combs and Combs’ son Christian “King” Combs.

The “All Falls Down” hitmaker — who now goes by Ye — shared the new track, which is titled “Lonely Roads Still Go to Sunshine,” on X (formerly Twitter) Saturday, but Kardashian tried to get a judge to stop it from being released.

In a since-deleted tweet, Kanye shared a screenshot showing what appeared to be a recent text message exchange with his ex-wife. The rapper seemed furious about the SKIMS founder trademarking their daughter’s name, as he told Kardashian, “I’m never speaking with you again,” per TMZ.

Kardashian responded, “I asked you at the time if I can trademark her name. You said yes. When she’s 18, it goes to her. So stop.”

“I sent paperwork over so she wouldn’t be in the Diddy song to protect her,” she continued, adding, “One person has to trademark!”

The “Kardashians” star then appeared to remind the rapper of an agreement they made that she would trademark all of their children’s names so “no one else would take them.”

“Amend it or I’m going to war,” Kanye responded. “And neither of us will recover from the public fallout.”

“You’re going to have to kill me,” he closed.

Sources familiar with the situation reportedly corroborated Kardashian’s claim that she sent paperwork to the Yeezy designer, 47.

They told the outlet that Kardashian, 44, sent letters demanding a cease and desist and even went so far as to have an emergency mediation with a mediator and a judge, but the insiders said Kanye did not join. However, he did allegedly promise to not release the song.

The sources said Kardashian doesn’t want her daughter involved in Ye’s latest controversial moves, nor does she want North’s name tied to the disgraced music mogul’s legal problems.

The song reportedly came about after North went to the studio with her father — reportedly marking the first time the dad of four had seen any of his children in weeks — where she recorded vocals that the producer then put on the song with Diddy.

He allegedly told his daughter, 11, he would release the single at his upcoming Sunday Service.

She can be heard on the song rapping, “When you see me shining, then you see the light.”

Reps for Kanye declined to comment upon Page Six’s request. Reps for Kardashian and Diddy did not immediately respond to Page Six’s request.

A source, however, told us, “Kim’s priority is the well-being and safety of her children and to protect them from being around Kanye’s controversial behavior.”

The rapper made his stance on Diddy’s ongoing legal troubles clear last month as he took to X (formerly Twitter) to advocate for the Bad Boy Records founder’s release.

“FREE PUFF,” he posted in capital letters.

“ALL THESE CELEBRITY N—-S AND BITCHES IS P—Y YALL A WATCH OUR BROTHER ROT AND NEVER SAY S–T,” he continued.

The Grammy winner additionally shared a clip to Instagram showing a FaceTime call with Christian, 26, who was seen smiling and talking in the clip with Ye, but his voice was unclear.

“… FOR EVERY SON WHO DAD IS LOCKED UP WRITE [sic] OR WRONG I WANT YALL TO LISTEN TO DAVE CHAPELLES JOKES VERY CLOSE THIS TIME,” Kanye captioned the video.

“LETS SEE HOW FUNNY IT GETS WHEN FAMILIES ARE SEPARATED ESPECIALLY BLACK FAMILIES.”

He then followed Diddy’s Instagram account — and currently, he still is along with Christian and Diddy’s other son Justin “Prince” Dior Combs’ Instagram pages.
