President Donald Trump never ceases to surprise Jimmy Kimmel.
The late night host blasted the president’s recently announced plan for Gaza on Jimmy Kimmel Live, deeming him “Donald ‘Jigsaw’ Trump” after the villain from Saw.
“We have a very crazy person running our country right now,” Kimmel said. “Like, standing in the intersection, talking to himself crazy.”
As Kimmel put it, President Trump “surprised everyone” by unveiling his plan to have the United States take over Gaza and help redevelop the area, where Trump hopes to “build a really cool real estate development that we would own.”
“It’s like our country’s being run by the maniac from Saw,” Kimmel joked, adding, “Every idea is worse than the last idea.”
The late night host later aired a faux campaign ad highlighting some of President Trump’s most controversial moves, including his plan to build a golf course on the “ancestral homeland of the Palestinian people who will be sent far, far away” and to “put a brain worm in charge of your body,” referring to Robert F. Kennedy Jr..
“This November, vote for the only candidate strong enough to fuck everything up,” a Trump impersonator says in the ad.
“Say what you will, Trump is delivering exactly what he promised in his campaign,” Kimmel quipped.
Just yesterday, Kimmel called the president out for lying about the U.S. Agency for International Development sending money to Gaza to “buy condoms for Hamas.”
“It does sound crazy that we would be spending millions of dollars on condoms for Hamas. That’s because we’re not!” Kimmel said. “It’s completely false. There are so many lies coming out of his mouth, there is so much damage being done.”
