He’s gotta draw the line somewhere.
Though Jason Kelce is supportive of his brother, Chiefs tight end Travis Kelce, the retired Philadelphia Eagles center simply refuses to sport Kansas City colors to the 2025 Super Bowl.
“I can’t wear Kansas City red for this one, Trav,” Jason explained on a recent episode of the siblings’ “New Heights” podcast.
“I can’t wear red. I can’t wear it. I can’t bring myself to it.”
Travis, 35 — whose team will take on the Eagles on Feb. 9 in New Orleans — tried to negotiate.
“What about, like, Bearcat red?” he asked, referring to the athletes’ college team, the University of Cincinnati.
“That’s what Kylie does,” Jason, 37, said of his wife, Kylie Kelce, “but I don’t even think she’s gonna be doing that this time around.”
In fact, Kylie — who is pregnant with her and Jason’s fourth daughter — told her own podcast listeners this week that their brood — Wyatt, 5, Elliotte, 3, and Bennett, 1 — will wear “Go Uncle Trav” shirts to the big game.
“They love their uncle,” the “Not Gonna Lie” host, 32, shared.
“And of course, they love cheering him on. … He is our family, and I want to make sure that the girls feel included.”
The upcoming matchup will mark the Chiefs’ third straight Super Bowl and second against the Eagles.
The Kelce boys actually played against each other in 2023, leaving their mother, Donna Kelce, no choice but to rock a split jersey, which Travis referred to as a “mom jacket.”
Page Six confirmed on Friday that his girlfriend, Taylor Swift, will be at Caesars Superdome to cheer him on alongside his family and friends.
