A newly completed oceanfront estate in Manalapan, Florida, has hit the market for $87 million, joining a wave of ultra-luxury listings in Palm Beach County as billionaire buyers continue to snap up prime waterfront real estate.
The 27,745-square-foot compound at 1160 South Ocean Boulevard sits in one of the nation’s most exclusive neighborhoods, one that’s home to Billy Joel, Oracle’s Larry Ellison and self-help mogul Tony Robbins.
The estate is among only about 60 properties in Manalapan with both private oceanfront and Intracoastal access, a rarity driving demand in the area.
It’s listed by Phil Friis and Candace Friis of the Corcoran Group.
“This property is so much more than a residence,” said Candace. “It is a retreat, a work of art, a once-in-a-lifetime opportunity to live exceptionally — among what many would consider to be the world’s most coveted coastline.”
Spanning nearly 2 acres, the estate includes a main house, a guest house, a cabana and a gate house, along with two pools, a 13-plus-car climate-controlled garage and a private dock with two boat lifts.
The primary suite, occupying its own wing, features an ocean-view office, dual dressing rooms and a Calacatta marble-clad spa bath with a stone soaking tub. The lower level is complete with a gym, a steam shower, a wine room, a game room and a theater.
For guests or staff, a separate two-bedroom guest house includes a full kitchen, a dining area, private laundry and its own pool.
The estate was built by Siobhan Zerilla of Bluedoor Building, known for high-end residential projects.
The listing comes as Palm Beach’s luxury market reaches new heights.
Billionaire William Lauder is reportedly in contract to sell a nearly $180 million estate, while another oceanfront and Intracoastal property recently hit the market for $200 million — also listed by Corcoran.
