‘Ghost Adventures’ Star Aaron Goodwin’s Wife Arrested On Charges Of Trying To Have Him Killed

Ghost Adventures star Aaron Goodwin may deal with supernatural stories on-screen, but he may have unknowingly been dealing with the scariest one in real life.

People reports that Victoria Goodwin, Aaron’s wife, was arrested last Thursday (March 6) in Nevada on the charges of solicitation to commit murder and conspiring to commit murder — and police believe Aaron was her target.

According to the police’s arrest report cited by TMZ, Victoria had been in contact with a Florida prison inmate about Aaron, providing intel on his California filming spots and times, and reportedly asking them, “Am I a bad person? Because I chose to end his existence. Not divorce.”

Police informed TMZ that Victoria had set aside $11,515 for this inmate, who had reportedly sent the following message to someone about the scheme: “He’s asleep right now in the hotel room … I need to know what’s going on. Can I get an update. Was it done?”

Police cited specific messages about a $2,500 payment upfront, as well, TMZ reports.

While the alleged exchange supposedly took place in October, police had discovered the communications after finding and seizing the inmate’s phone. Per TMZ, Victoria’s bail was $100, and she was set to appear in court today.

Police told TMZ that Victoria denied wanting her husband murdered, and said that she could not recall sending the compromising messages. As for the messages pertaining to sending the inmate money, Victoria alleged the money was to purchase cellphones, and admitted to her and Aaron having marriage troubles.

Aaron and Victoria tied the knot in 2022. As noted by People, Aaron had last posted with Victoria on Instagram on Valentine’s Day. He also posted a picture on Instagram of them sharing a New Year’s kiss on Jan. 1. Speaking with TMZ, he said he was “blindside” by this discovery, as he was under the impression that he and Victoria were in a “happy” marriage.

Ghost Adventures, which aired Season 28 last year, follows Goodwin, Zak Bagans and their crew as they “investigate the most haunted places in the world,” per Discovery’s website. Bagans told TMZ that he’s aiming to give “love and support” to Aaron through this “emotional time.”
