This a piece from Handel’s Messiah. If you never heard The Messianic encourage you to search YouTube for some great performances. The Messiah is traditionally performed at Christmas which it too bad because the entire oratorio is scripture about Jesus from the prophecy of his birth all the way to His return. I don’t think Handel when he wrote this meant for it to be a Christmas musical. Enjoy!
