This Billionaires’ Row penthouse is almost half off. But the now-bargain price will still cost a deep-pocketed buyer a sky-high $90 million.
The top-floor penthouse at 432 Park Ave., once the tallest residential building in the world, first hit the market for a staggering $169 million in 2021.
Its asking price was finally slashed to $105 million last year — and it’s now asking $90 million for sale.
The seller is Saudi retail mogul Fawaz Al Hokair, who has never spent a night inside the dwelling, which means its next owner can get a unit that’s in pristine condition.
The current price is not much more than the $87.7 million Al Hokair paid for it in 2016.
The breathtaking skypad is on the 96th floor of the Rafael Viñoly-designed building, which is 1,398 feet high. At 8,255 square feet, it comes with six bedrooms, seven bathrooms and two powder rooms.
Design details include 12½-foot ceilings, panoramic views and 24 oversize windows that are all 10-feet-by-10-feet. The home currently houses a grand piano and while it doesn’t come furnished, it could be — for the right price, said Douglas Elliman broker Noble Black, who shares the listing with Elliman’s Lila Nejad.
The home opens from a private landing into a foyer that leads to a 2,800-square-foot great room.
There’s also a library with a woodburning fireplace that could become a seventh bedroom. In addition, there’s the eat-in chef’s kitchen with stellar views from the breakfast bar and a formal dining room with views of Central Park and the Long Island Sound.
The main bedroom corner suite boasts a sitting room, two custom dressing rooms and spa-like baths.
Amenities at 432 Park Ave. include a private restaurant overseen by Michelin-starred Chef Shaun Hergatt, a gym, a 75-foot pool, a billiards room, a screening room, a business center, a children’s playroom and a concierge.
Past and present residents have included Jennifer Lopez and her then-love, Alex Rodriguez.
