While the death toll keeps rising in March 28th’s earthquake in Southeast Asia, viral video is emerging showing the dangers presented by rooftop pools during such incidents. Frightening footage from China, near the Myanmar border, captured the moment a crowd was engulfed by a wave of water that fell on them from above. Other clips show the close call encountered by people relaxing by an infinity pool in Bangkok, Thailand, before they were almost thrown over the edge. The 7.7 magnitude quake has killed around 2,00 people.
