The Issue: Violence from the left directed at Tesla vehicles in protest of CEO Elon Musk.
What’s happened to our country (“Musk: The left is so violent,” March 19)?
When did we begin demonstrating our unhappiness with terrorism?
Destroying Tesla cars and dealerships, releasing names and addresses of Tesla owners; do the individuals doing this believe they are increasing their base? All they’re doing is losing the support of “common sense” Americans.

Democrats and radical progressives are now burning and urging violence against Tesla vehicle owners and dealers.
These are the very people who were and continue to be the pioneers of the electric-vehicle industry. Is it possible that their hatred for Elon Musk has caused them to reject electric vehicles and mandates?
Not long ago, folks with electric vehicles were revered leaders of Democrats.

The leftist radical thugs can picket and boycott Tesla facilities all they want, but they have no right to bring about great destruction and hatred across our country.
They each need to be caught, arrested and jailed for 20 years — until the next Democratic president pardons them.
I don’t drive a Tesla, but I can’t stand the hypocrisy disseminated by these fake environmentalists who are total rascals. Enough with their threats and terrorist activities.

It is not hard for the lunatic left to change course and abandon their once-revered electric cars and now attack them. It proves that their former infatuation with the electric car was just a way to promote the hoax of global warming.
It is now more important to attack Elon Musk and his Tesla company than to follow the hoax.

So let me get this straight: The Democratic Party is so against Musk for working with President Trump to cut waste within our bloated government, that they are vandalizing and burning down Tesla dealerships, which is the largest American car company.
Yet they have no problem driving and owning BMWs, whose parent company supported Adolf Hitler. There has never been a clearer side of history you should want to be on than in the present.

The Issue: Israel’s airstrikes on Gaza mark the end of a cease-fire after Hamas refused a hostage release.
There was also a cease-fire until Hamas attacked Israel on Oct. 7, 2023, when it rampaged through kibbutz homes and a music festival, slaughtering 1,200 people, raping untold numbers and kidnapping 251 more as hostages (“Israel strikes as cease-fire collapses,” March 18).
Hamas’ brutal treatment of the Israeli hostages included the cold-blooded murder of a baby. Despite these atrocities, a new, durable cease-fire could begin tomorrow if Hamas simply released the remaining Israeli hostages and relinquished control of Gaza and its weapons of terror.
Hamas bears full responsibility for every life lost on both sides in the war it started.

I am tremendously aggrieved after reading about the massacre of women and children of Gaza by Israel.
People have been slaughtered, whole families have been wiped out and hundreds of thousands have again been terrorized.
The unimaginable horrors being suffered by the Palestinian people at the hands of Israel and America calls for immediate protest and resistance in the streets and throughout society.
