Biden burns it all down on his way out the door

How much more damage can President Biden do to this country on his final days in office?

A lot.

Before dawn Friday morning, the octogenarian Democrat proudly pardoned or commuted the prison sentences of a record number of individuals the far-left hailed as guilty of “non-violent” drug offenses.

It doesn’t take a rocket scientist, or even a Republican, to see that many of these hardened criminals are anything but peaceful.

Take, for example, Dwayne Appling, 37, of Illinois.

He’s just one of the thousands of soon-to-be-freed drug traffickers, an armed and dangerous career criminal and gang banger.

And one whom Biden found worthy last month of having his 27-year sentence drastically reduced, plunked back on the streets to sell heroin and other poison to children.

Or worse.

In a lot of these cases, there is a body count.

Even if they didn’t kill people with guns, they killed them with drugs.

Even politicos from Biden’s own party are outraged by the many get-out-of-jail-free cards the outgoing commander-in-chief has been tossing around like Halloween candy corn.

Pennsylvania’s Democratic governor, Josh Shapiro, is incensed that Biden commuted the sentence of former judge Michael Conahan.

One of two jurists found guilty of accepting $2.8 million in illegal payments in exchange for sending youngsters to for-profit detention facilities.

The so-called “Kids for Cash” scandal “affected families in really deep and profound and sad ways,” Shapiro said.

“Some children took their own lives because of this,” he added.

“Families were torn apart There’s all kinds of mental health issues and anguish that came as a result of these corrupt judges deciding they wanted to make a buck off a kid’s back.”

The prez and his toadies crowed that offenders placed on home confinement had “reintegrated into their families and communities.”

They neglected to mention that many among the convicted scum were sent home merely to reduce the institutional spread of COVID-19, thereby benefiting from the pandemic.

He also commuted the sentences of 37 of the 40 men on federal death row – including child killers and mass murderers.

With a strike of his pen, he reduced their sentences to life in prison without the possibility of parole.

But as followers of the criminal “justice” system know, this penalty is all too often not observed and inmates freed.

Not to be forgotten is last month’s pardon of Hunter Biden for crimes he “has committed or may have committed” between 2014 and 2024.

“May have committed”?

This means the president’s son, who was convicted of federal gun and tax evasion charges related to his shady business dealings with Chinese and Ukrainian companies – in which he traded on his dad’s name – can never face punishment for this period.

Brother.

We can’t get rid of this doddering fool soon enough.

My only fear is that he could commit even more atrocities during his final moments in power.
