Alec Baldwin’s wife Hilaria Baldwin hit back at critics after a red carpet interview of her berating her husband went viral, with many calling her out for speaking to her spouse in public that way.
In an Instagram post, Hilaria and Alec addressed the viral clip, as they joked and mouthed a few of the comments she made to the “30 Rock” star in the interview, in which she accused him of interrupting her, as previously reported.
“That is called, what’s the word of the day?” Hilaria said to her husband in the post on Wednesday.
And Alec replied, “Manterrupting.”

“Manterrupting,” Hilaria added. “Which could be a positive, it could be a negative, or it could be a … ?
“A correctile dysfunction,” Alec responded..
“Yes, correctile dysfunction,” Hilaria agreed, before one of their 7 kids interrupted them. “The whole point is that we interrupt each other all the time. So, now that we cleared all of that up, give me a kiss.”
She captioned the post “1. It runs in the family 2. Marriage 3. Manteruppting 4. Correctile dysfunction #marriagegoals.”
During an Extra interview about their reality show, “The Baldwins” when the couple were asked if fans could expect season two. Hilaria did not answer right away. This led Alec to joking, “The Hilaria Show.”
“No, I think we are going to see, you know, we’re going to see how it feels to be out there,” Hilaria said.
“It’s gonna be great. You’re a winner,” Alec cut in, to which Hilaria said, “Oh my God. When I’m talking, you’re not talking.”
“I’m sorry,” the “Saturday Night Live” star replied. Hilaria responded by holding her hands up and repeating, “When I’m talking, you’re not talking.”
Addressing the interviewer, the 41-year-old former yoga instructor quipped, “This is why we’ll just have to cut him out of the show.”
At another point in the interview, Hilaria accused her husband of “distracting” her as he jokingly interrupted the interview.
She said, “Oh my God, you’re distracting me right now. Now you’re just doing that, why? Why are you distracting me?”
Baldwin apologized and said, “I’m just captivated by your beauty.”
The actor called her “beautiful” again, which made Hilaria turn around and say again, “Oh my God! Stop, you’re annoying me. Stop. It’s not cute. No, he’s distracting me.”
Alec and Hilaria have been married since 2012.
