After David Hasselhoff’s ex wife, Pamela Bach, reportedly died by suicide at age 62, the “Baywatch” actor has spoken out.
“Our family is deeply saddened by the recent passing of Pamela Hasselhoff,” he told People in a statement.
“We are grateful for the outpouring of love and support during this difficult time but we kindly request privacy as we grieve and navigate through this challenging time.”
Pamela was reportedly found dead of a self-inflicted gunshot wound with no note on Wednesday night, according to TMZ.
She was an actress who appeared in “Knight Rider” and “Baywatch.” She and David met on the set of the former. They shared daughters Taylor, 34, and Hayley, 32, and were married from 1989 to 2006.
Pamela’s final Instagram post was on Dec. 31, 2024. In it, she gushed about her grandchild, London, who Taylor welcomed with her husband Madison Fiore in August.
“As we step into 2025, my heart is full of gratitude, especially for my precious grandbaby, 🩷London🎀. Watching her grow and seeing her smile light up my world is truly the greatest blessing.”
She continued, “My wish for all of you this year is health, happiness, and an abundance of love. May 2025 be filled with beautiful moments, laughter, and all the blessings your hearts can hold. Here’s to a year of making cherished memories, spreading joy, and embracing every precious moment!”
