Shocking footage released by the Arapahoe County Sheriff’s Office shows a man stealing two bulldog puppies from a pet store while his accomplice ‘faked a seizure’ as a distraction. According to police, three men entered the Colorado store Perfect Pets on February 23rd and inquired about the bulldog puppies priced at $4,299 each before dognapping them. As of February 24th, one of the puppies has been returned after a woman purchased it from a street vendor.
