Florida Wingstop manager hurls hot grease, ranch at customers: video

Shocking video captured the moment a Wingstop manager allegedly hurled hot grease at two customers during a chaotic clash inside the Florida fast food joint.

The security footage from inside the Port St. Lucie eatery on Jan. 28 showed the enraged manager, Carnael Irene, behind the pick-up counter arguing with the female patrons.

Irene, at one point during the heated skirmish, repeatedly squirted ranch dressing at the pair while another employee struggled to hold her back, the video shows.

The customers then tossed a bunch of straws over the counter as Irene disappeared and returned seconds later with a metal container of cooking oil she launched at the duo, the footage shows.

The irate boss could be seen shoving a co-worker out of the kitchen just before heaving the oil, which splattered on the floor of the restaurant.

Irene, 19, was arrested after police responded to the restaurant and found the two patrons appeared to have burns on their skin, according to the Port St. Luci Police Department, CBS 12 News reported.

One of the victims was a minor, police said.

The unnerved manager later admitted to police she became agitated when the patrons were loud, disruptive, verbally abusive and called her broke, according to the affidavit, obtained by the outlet.

She was charged with aggravated child abuse and aggravated battery.
