A dumped Florida woman ambushed her ex after seeing him driving another woman, who was actually his married cousin — then shot her in the face, leaving her fighting for her life, according to relatives and cops.
Latorray Collins, 38, had been calling her ex incessantly since their split days earlier, but he had stopped answering her, according to a police report obtained by the Miami Herald.
She then tracked him down while he drove the other woman — identified by family as his cousin Latasha Taylor, a 42-year-old married mom — to a Jacksonville restaurant Saturday night, ambushing them as they were stopped at a red light, the court documents.
The jealous woman blocked her ex with her own vehicle — then jumped out and started “aggressively” pounding on his car window, according to First Coast News.

An argument escalated outside — and Collins allegedly fired a gun, fatally striking Taylor in the head and leaving her in critical condition.
Family members identified the victim to ActionNews Jax as 42-year-old mom Taylor, a cousin of the ex who he was driving to meet other family members at a nearby restaurant.
Latasha’s husband, Tony Taylor, said the couple were preparing to spend their 15th anniversary together.
“She is a great mother and great wife. She always puts other people before herself. She’s willing to help everybody,” he said.
Collins was arrested and charged with attempted murder in the second degree and remained in jail on a $250,000 bond.
