Christina Hall had a surprising reunion with her second husband, Ant Anstead, while competing against first husband Tarek El Moussa in their show “The Flip Off.”
The thrice-married reality star — who filed to divorce third husband Josh Hall last July — was seen coming face-to-face with her exes in a teaser for Episode 4 of the HGTV series.
In the sneak peek, which aired Wednesday, Christina could be seen on the phone with her competition, El Moussa, and his wife, Heather Rae Young, revealing to them that Anstead would be making a cameo.
“Have you picked the judge yet?” Young asks Christina, to which she responds with a giggle, “My second ex-husband… Anthony Anstead.”
Both Young, 37, and El Moussa, 43, looked shocked at the reveal.
“What?” Young exclaimed, with El Moussa adding, “Oh my God.”
The clip cuts to the “Wheeler Dealers” host, 45, acting as the judge while Christina, 41, is working on the home she is flipping.
“The small details in here are really driving me crazy,” Anstead was seen telling his ex-wife, with whom he shares 5-year-old son, Hudson.
When Christina asks Anstead to elaborate, he explains that the paint is “missing in the corner” and that something wasn’t “finished correctly.”
Back at El Moussa’s flip project, Antead is shown critiquing Young’s handiwork, telling her, “At no point in human existence should anybody put wallpaper on the ceilings.”
The promo concludes with Anstead gathering the competitors so he can reveal the winner.
“I came in thinking this was about the design, the execution. But actually, this isn’t about houses at all,” Anstead told them.
El Moussa nervously turns to his wife, asking, “What’s going on right now?” while Christina appears to shoot daggers at him before the clip cuts off in a cliffhanger.
The “Selling Sunset” star and El Moussa previously revealed that they were completely surprised when Christina told them that Anstead would be making a cameo on their show.
“All of a sudden they’re besties,” El Moussa told People in January, adding that he didn’t even know Christina and Anstead were on speaking terms at the time. “It really threw us off.”
Young said that she and El Moussa watched Christina and Anstead bury the hatchet “in front of [their] eyes” on set.
“[Christina] started following [Ant] on Instagram and we were like, ‘What? What’s going on?’ It really was like that for us,” she explained. “You see it transpire on TV and we’re so thrown off by the situation. I think we texted her, ‘Why are you following Ant? What’s going on?’”
Christina, for her part, admitted that she chose some of the judges “just to mess with” El Moussa.
“It worked,” Christina added.
Christina and Anstead were embroiled in a nasty custody battle over their son after breaking up in 2020 after two years of marriage — but they have clearly made amends.
She and El Moussa are also on good terms following their 2018 divorce as they continue to co-parent their two kids: Taylor, 14, and Brayden, 9.
El Moussa married Young in 2021 and welcomed son Tristan two years later, while Anstead has been dating Renée Zellweger since 2021.
