Lauren Sánchez shared an obscure post on social media Monday vaguely alluding to recent “turbulence” she’s experienced since the start of the year.
Sánchez, who is engaged to billionaire Amazon Executive Chairman Jeff Bezos, took to Instagram while she was flying high in a helicopter. She shared a cryptically captioned selfie looking to a brighter future.
“Some years start with turbulence, but that’s just the wind reminding you to spread your wings,” she wrote in the post. “Good to be back in the air… Here’s to flying farther than we ever imagined.”
The post quickly racked up thousands of likes as her audience lauded her with praise for her candidness, despite the unclear meaning behind her words.
“So much inspiration seeing life from a different perspective,” one user commented.
“Keep on spreading goodness!” another added.
Her self-motivational post comes mere weeks after she turned heads at Donald Trump’s inauguration wearing a white suit with a visible lingerie lace bra underneath. Public figures were quick to criticize her left and right, including podcast host Megyn Kelly.
Most notably, Facebook founder Mark Zuckerberg bugged out as he was caught staring directly at Sánchez’s cleavage at the inauguration. It didn’t help that mere days later he was caught liking a racy photo of Bezos’ boo on Instagram, where likes are still public.
Sánchez has been engaged to Bezos since 2023, with rumors of wedding destinations resurfacing every few weeks. Most recently, reports speculated that the two could be tying the knot aboard Bezos’ $500 million boat in Italy.
