Sicko accused of raping 5-year-old girl in NYC home choked her mother when caught in act: prosecutors

The creep accused of raping a 5-year-old girl last month on Staten Island allegedly choked the child’s mother when she tried to call 911 after walking in on him during the disgusting attack, according to court documents.

Dominique Giles, 30, was allegedly in the middle of sexually assaulting the young girl — who is known to him — when her unsuspecting mother caught him with his pants around his ankles inside the bedroom on Jan. 22 and tried to report it to police, prosecutors said.

But the sicko then “wrapped his hand around her neck and squeezed, causing informant to experience difficulty breathing, to vomit, and to be unable to speak to the 911 operator,” according to a criminal complaint.

Giles also pummeled the woman before snatching her phone and fleeing the home with it near Richmond Terrace and Sharpe Avenue in Port Richmond, the court docs alleged.

Medics brought the child to Richmond University Medical Center after the stomach-churning sex assault.

The girl’s mother was left with a bruised face and back.

Giles was nabbed by the Regional Fugitive Task Force days after the NYPD released a mug shot of the accused perv.

He was arraigned Wednesday in Staten Island Criminal Court on 19 charges including rape, robbery, sexual abuse, assault, strangulation, sexual misconduct, criminal obstruction of breathing or blood circulation, and endangering the welfare of a child.

A Staten Island judge set bail at $250,000 cash.

Police said it’s not the first time Giles pummeled a woman.

He was previously arrested in April for allegedly choking and beating his girlfriend while breaking her phone in the Brighton Heights neighborhood of Staten Island.

Giles was charged with felony criminal mischief and assault in that attack, cops said.

He is set to appear in court on Feb. 7.
