Trump, Elon Musk have Dems declaring ‘war,’ Gov. Phil Murphy flat-out lies about harboring an immigrant and more

Diary of disturbing disinformation and dangerous delusions

These threats:

“Fight!” “Shut down the city! We are at war!” “Blow this place up!” “We will bring the fire!” “We gonna be on your a–!” “Resist!” — Assorted Democratic lawmakers, this week

We say: Talk about insurrection and inciting violence. Democratic lawmakers — from Senate Minority Leader Chuck Schumer to Reps. Ayanna Pressley, LaMonica McIver, Jasmine Crockett, Alexandria Ocasio-Cortez and House Minority Leader Hakeem Jeffries — threw absolutely unhinged fits over Donald Trump’s executive orders and Elon Musk’s efforts to cut federal waste.

Hmm. Is this what Dems meant when they warned democracy is under threat?

This vow:

“That same spirit that Elon Musk has coming from South Africa . . . we’re not going to have apartheid in America anymore.” — Rep. Jonathan Jackson, Wednesday

We say: Jackson took Dems’ resistance insanity in a whole different direction.

What “apartheid” is he talking about?

Slavery ended here 160 years ago.

The civil-right movement, which led the way to affirmative action, took place 60 years ago. Nor is there a shred of evidence Musk backs apartheid.

Spot the difference:

“Teaching critical race theory isn’t happening in classrooms, teachers say in survey” — NBC News, July 2021

vs.

“Trump’s order on critical race theory thrusts White House into the classroom” — The Boston Globe, Thursday

We say: Hello? If CRT isn’t taught in schools, as the left-leaning media insisted, how does Trump’s order banning it thrust the White House “into the classroom”?

This boast:

“We said, ‘You know what, let’s have [an undocumented immigrant] live at our house above our garage.’” — NJ Gov. Phil Murphy, Saturday

We say: Dems are trying to outdo each other in opposing ICE raids and defying federal immigration law (not to mention the overwhelming majority of voters who want violent criminal illegal migrants deported).

So Murphy simply lied about how he personally harbored an illegal migrant.

But his own office admitted that isn’t true two days later, claiming the governor was referring to a legal immigrant . . . who never lived in his house. Jersey’s gov gives new meaning to the term “lame” duck.
