Mark Consuelos was missing from Live with Kelly and Mark once again this morning, but thankfully, Kelly Ripa was joined by a familiar friendly face.
Andy Cohen sat alongside Ripa at the co-host’s desk on Wednesday, following his New Year’s Eve pal Anderson Cooper‘s turn as co-host on Tuesday (Jan. 21). Like Cooper, Cohen has appeared on Live as both a guest and stand-in co-host.
The Bravo mainstay and Watch What Happens Live host joined Ripa in chatting with Watson star Morris Chestnut.
The syndicated daytime talk show has seen ratings highs in its 37th season with the real-life husband and wife duo at the helm — and we can see why! Consuelos replaced American Idol and Wheel of Fortune host Ryan Seacrest in April 2023, and he and Ripa have brought their charming and goofy dynamic to the table ever since.

Fortunately, Live fans don’t have to wait too long before Consuelos is back! He is set to return to Live on Friday (Jan. 24), per the show’s guest listings. On Thursday (Jan. 23), Carson Kressley will take on co-hosting duties with Ripa, as they sit down with Maybe Happy Ending star Darren Criss.
