Grey’s Anatomy officially returns Thursday, March 6, 2025, at 10:00 p.m. ET on ABC. The night also features the midseason premieres of 9-1-1 (8:00-9:00 p.m. ET) and Doctor Odyssey (9:00-10:00 p.m. ET).
