Few brands rival Roborock’s tech-savvy when it comes to smart vacuums. Known for its innovative designs, the company leverages AI and cutting-edge technology to redefine cleaning solutions. This year, Roborock is raising the bar once again at the 2025 Consumer Electronics Show(also known as CES), where the world eagerly watches the future of technology unfold.
Roborock has entered its “Rock a New Era” phase, where AI, innovation, and intelligent design converge to redefine what it means to live in a smarter, more efficient, and beautifully organized home.
At this week’s show, the brand is unveiling three exciting new models in its F25 Series, including a wet-and-dry stick vacuum that cleans everything to a spotless finish with just one pass.
But for those who prefer a robotic vacuum to do all the heavy lifting, Roborock has taken things even further, surpassing its own S8 MaxV Pro Ultra with the launch of the Roborock Saros Series: Saros Z70, Saros 10, and Saros 10R.
“Saros” is an astrological term to predict solar and lunar eclipses, making it a fitting name for Roborock’s latest series. Just as the Saros cycle marks the beginning of a new phase in the celestial world, the Saros Series signals the start of a new era in robotic cleaning technology.
It’s the thinnest model series to date at 3.14 inches and cleans deeper with faster charging times. If there is a slight grade or barrier to climb over, Saros can overcome it, clearing up to 1.57 inches with intense suction power and dual mop capabilities.
What caught our attention?
The show’s star is the Saros Z70, the world’s first mass-produced robotic vacuum equipped with a foldable five-axis arm called the OmniGrip. This innovative construction allows it to remove obstacles like socks, shoes, paper, tennis balls, you name it from its path so that it can clean every inch of your floor. The OmniGrip can be disabled at any time with an on-and-off switch.
Built with an ultra-slim design, it has dual cameras on the front and back to get a better perspective on its surroundings; it can also be a fun and convenient way to see your pet while you’re away from home.
Powered by AI-driven technology, it can recognize up to 50 new objects in the app, offering personalized mapping capabilities for a more efficient and tailored cleaning experience. Thanks to StarSight Autonomous System 2.0, its lateral obstacle avoidance can identify unfolded cables and oddly shaped angles from walls to furniture.
Plus, it shows off a HyperForce suction with an impressive 22,000 Pascals of power for exceptional cleaning performance.
If you don’t need a robotic arm but still want fast charging, powerful suction, and mopping, consider the Saros 10R. It offers the same features as the Z70 minus the robotic arm, which helps make the cost more attainable.
In addition, it includes the RetractSense Navigation System for detecting low heights, adapting to obstacles and the AdaptLift Chassis for handling double-layer thresholds.
While it does have less powerful suction power at 19,000 Pascals, it provides Dual Spinning Mops with Auto Mop Lifting at 0.86 inches (22 millimeters). It also offers StarSight Autonomous System 2.0 for even smarter navigation and efficiency.
On the other hand, the Saros 10 features the advanced Reactive AI 3.0 Obstacle Recognition System, which illuminates its path, uses an RGB camera for a wider view of blind spots, and detects nearby objects, avoiding them with lightning-fast precision. The suction power has an impressive 22,000 Pascals and a VibraRise 4.0 which detaches the mop function when not needed. This way, your high-pile carpet stays super dry.
Both models include the DuoDivide main brush for turbo scrubbing power and the FlexiArm Riser Side brush to reach all those hard-to-reach corners. They also harness 3D navigation systems to scan with flawless mapping while navigating all the dimensions it may encounter.
So, if you’re ready to make cleaning easier than ever before, we highly suggest investing in a Roborock vacuum.
Right now, you can only observe their latest sleek designs at CES or online, but we hope that preorders will be available later this month. But that doesn’t mean you can’t shop previous models that may be presented at a more attainable price point. Happy shopping, and stay tuned!
