Shep Rose once bragged about hitting it off with Dorinda Medley — and the former Real Housewives of New York City star is finally weighing in on his revelation.
On Wednesday night’s (Jan. 8) episode of Watch What Happens Live, host Andy Cohen reminded Medley that Rose recently revealed they “hit it off” at BravoCon.
“I know! I was both proud and horrified,” Medley said. “We’ve always hit it off, Shep and I. We have a very easy-to-talk-to [friendship]. But, listen, I could be his mother.”
When Medley realized the Southern Charm star was in his mid-40s, she seemed to contemplate the idea for a fleeting moment. But she quickly added, “I mean, Shep is not sort of … I don’t think we would be … no.”
However, that didn’t stop her from trying to set him up with her daughter.
“We just had a very easy talk and I don’t know, I kind of brought up Hannah. I said, ‘I have a daughter and God knows, you should maybe meet her,’” Medley recalled. “But that went over like a lead balloon — with Hannah.”
Cohen then added, “Maybe with Shep too because he was looking at you,” to which Medley replied, “I don’t know about that.”
Rose opened up about his interaction with Medley during the “Yachties & Hotties” edition of Watch What Happens Live at Bravo Fan Fest last November when Cohen asked if there had ever been any Bravolebrities who had hit on him.
“I mean, ‘hit on’ is subjective,” Rose said, before adding, “But I really kind of hit it off with Dorinda. I think she was trying to set me up with her daughter, by the way.”
A shocked Cohen replied, “This is delicious!”
