Senior center residents were among thousands forced to evacuate over Southern California wildfires. The City of Malibu urged all its residents who haven’t already fled their homes to get ready to flee the area. In a post to X, officials warned all holdouts to “prepare to leave” as the uncontained Palisades Fire is fueled by the Santa Ana winds. “Evacuate now, especially if you need extra time or have pets/livestock,” the post read.
