Looking to get money down on one of the deepest UFC cards of all time, but online sportsbooks like DraftKings and FanDuel aren’t legal in your state? Fortunately, there are other options.
DFS sites like PrizePicks and Underdog allow you to select fighter statistics for UFC and tie them together. The more stats you add to your entry, the higher the payout.
You can get up to $100 in bonus funds from up each site now with a 100% deposit match.
How PrizePicks Works
The PrizePicks platform is pretty intuitive — just navigate to your preferred sport, pick a statistical category, and decide whether they’ll be more or less than the listed total. PrizePicks doesn’t have as deep a menu for UFC as it does for NBA or MLB, but there are plenty of options, including significant strikes, fight time, takedowns and fantasy scores.
Here, I’ve chosen Bo Nickal less than 118.5 fantasy points and Justin Gaethje more than 117.5 fantasy points. If they both win, I’ll win $60 (though $20 of that is my entry; $40 is profit, so it pays 2-1).
There’s another entry type if I add additional legs called the Flex Play, as opposed to the Power Play you see above.
The Flex Play allows you to recoup your entry with a bit of profit if two of the three legs win (you’d get $25 back off a $20 entry, including your $20 entry so you’re getting $5 in profit). But it caps your upside significantly is all three legs hit (2.25x, so you’d profit $25). We always recommend using the Power Play option.
You can add up to six entries, with a 6/6 Power Play returning 25x. So a $20 entry would pay $500 total for $475 in profit.
