Daphne Joy, who shares son Sire with ex 50 Cent, was accused of being Sean “Diddy” Combs’ sex worker in a new sexual assault lawsuit against the Bad Boy rapper.
Born in the Philippines in 1987, Joy has made a name for herself outside of her high-profile romances with several musicians as an internet personality with over 1.6 million Instagram followers.

Three years later, she started dating Jason Derulo.
Joy and the “Talk Dirty” singer made their red-carpet debut at the People’s Choice Awards in January 2015.
A rep confirmed to Page Six in May 2016 that Joy and Derulo had called it quits.
Most recently, Joy was linked to Combs, as the pair have been seen together on several occasions over the past few years.
In September 2022, Joy posted a video of herself enjoying Combs’ iHeartRadio Music Festival performance.
Once 50 Cent trolled his ex over her new romance, she clapped back, pleading with the “Power” actor to “please stop doing this to me.”
“I never bother you and I’m an outstanding mother to our son. Can we please just focus on that. Please,” she wrote in the rapper’s comments section of the now-deleted post.
While Combs was openly dating City Girls rapper Yung Miami, Joy posted a sweet shoutout to the billionaire hip-hop mogul in honor of his 52nd birthday in November 2022.
“Happy Birthday to my favorite person @diddy,” she captioned a reflective selfie of her and Combs.

Why was Daphne Joy accused of being Sean ‘Diddy’ Combs’ sex worker?
In February 2024, Rodney “Lil Rod” Jones claimed Joy was one of Combs’ sex workers in a sexual assault lawsuit against the “I’ll Be Missing You” rapper. (Combs has denied all wrongdoing.)
In the docs obtained by Page Six, Jones claimed Joy was allegedly one of three women that Combs “bragged about” paying a “monthly stipend” for their sex work.
Joy has not publicly addressed the allegation and did not respond to Page Six’s request for comment.
She did, however, share a cryptic message online.
“Thank you God for your love,” the OnlyFans model captioned a clip of herself hiking in March 2024.
After news of the lawsuit surfaced, 50 Cent trolled his ex on Instagram.
“I didn’t know you was a sex worker,” he captioned the post of himself standing in the rain smoking a cigar and holding an umbrella in March 2024.
“You little sex worker. LOL,” he continued, adding: “Yo this s–t is a movie.”
Due to the nature of the lawsuit, the G-Unit emcee is reportedly seeking sole custody of his youngest son, Sire.
“Given the latest developments and news of Daphne Joy’s involvement in the Diddy lawsuit, 50 is going for sole custody of his son,” a source close to the situation told Us Weekly in March 2024.
