It’s time to make like The Eagles and fly south for the winter.
This December, Don Henley, Joe Walsh, Deacon Frey and co. will pick up their ongoing Las Vegas Sphere residency.
The legendary Rock and Roll Hall of Famers have four shows scheduled at the awe-inspiring venue; they are set to take place on Friday, Dec. 6, Saturday, Dec. 7, Friday, Dec. 13 and Saturday, Dec. 14.
Each concert will feature roughly 20 classic tracks — at past gigs, the band performed “Hotel California,” “Take It Easy,” “Desperado,” “Life In The Fast Lane” and “Tequila Sunrise” to name just a few — and sumptuous graphics that are thematically linked to the band’s timeless lyrics.
“Incredible visuals accompanied the Eagles’ performance, with desert landscapes, Los Angeles landmarks and otherworldly images projected on the Sphere’s all-encompassing screens,” Ultimate Classic Rock reported.
“Highlights included ‘Take It to the Limit’ with a spacey, intergalactic motif, and ‘The Boys of Summer,’ accompanied by footage of oversized swimmers, diving and paddling through the Sphere’s massive walls.”
If you want to spend “One Of These Nights” with The Eagles, seats can be scooped up for all four December Sphere shows.
At the time of publication, ticket prices start at $252 before fees on Vivid Seats.
For those who’d like to see the band live next year, the lowest price we could find was $234 before fees.

The Eagles band members
When you’ve been living “taking it to the limit” since 1971 (!), there’s bound to be a bit of shakeup.
Still, 77-year-old founding member Don Henley (drums, vocals, also known for the ’80s smash “Boys of Summer), continues to head the group.
At Sphere, he’s be joined by 76-year-old Joe Walsh (who lent his talents to the James Gang), 77-year-old Timothy B. Schmit (bassist and vocalist who played with Poco), 22-time Grammy winner Vince Gill and the late Glenn Frey’s 31-year-old son Deacon.
Over the course of their 53+ years together, the band has received six Grammy Awards, performed more than 1,000 concerts, and sold over 150 million albums.
