This could be a Day 2 or more likely a Day 3 target for the Giants, as there is a big hole on the roster now that A’Shawn Robinson is gone, having signed with the Panthers.
That leaves star interior linemen Dexter Lawrence and … who?
Lawrence is a superb player, but even he needs help.
Veteran Rakeem Nunez-Roches could move in as a starter or it could be newly signed Jordan Phillips, 31, who has loads of experience.
There also is Jordon Riley and D.J. Davidson in reserve.
Another big body would be a welcome addition to the room.
How about Kris Jenkins (Michigan), massive (366 pounds) T’Vondre Sweat (Texas), Michael Hall (Ohio State) or DeWayne Carter (Duke) as options?
