Teddi Mellencamp has officially filed for divorce from Edwin Arroyave.
The “Real Housewives of Beverly Hills” alum submitted a petition to dissolve her 13-year marriage Friday, TMZ reported Monday.
Mellencamp, 43, reportedly cited irreconcilable differences as the reason for the split and listed the date of separation as Oct. 20 — even though she and Arroyave packed on the PDA at a charity event four days later.
She is seeking primary legal and physical custody of their three children, daughter Slate, 12, son Cruz, 10, and daughter Dove, 4, according to the outlet.
Arroyave, 47, is also a dad to daughter Isabella, 15, from a previous relationship.
The former Bravolebrity is also seeking spousal support but checked the box to block the court’s ability to award her estranged husband the same, per the report.
Mellencamp announced Saturday, the day after she filed, that she was divorcing Arroyave.
“After a great deal of care and consideration, I have made the difficult decision to file for divorce,” she wrote in a statement posted on Instagram.
“My priority is my children and ensuring that every care is taken with their privacy and wellbeing throughout this new chapter.”
Mellencamp — the daughter of famed musician John Mellencamp — noted that “making a public statement” was “not something [she] wanted to do,” but she felt “being open, honest and vulnerable” would help “protect [her] family from undue speculation and rumors.”
Hours after she shared the news, the “Two Ts in a Pod” podcast co-host was photographed wearing her wedding ring while out and about in Los Angeles.
Though Arroyave has not yet addressed the breakup, he took to his Instagram Story on Sunday to share a cryptic message about “dark days.”
“You’re not always going to be motivated or inspired,” he wrote atop a post-workout selfie. “That’s where rituals & habits come in. Having good habits is what will get you through your dark days.”
The former Skyline Security CEO added, “It’s when you’re under pressure that your true character is revealed.”
Arroyave went on to upload a photo with his and his now-estranged wife’s kids, which he captioned, “Church bound with these beautiful souls.”
On Monday, the entrepreneur posted various Bible verses related to praying over one’s children.
The former couple tied the knot in 2011 after meeting at a nightclub in 2008. Teddi previously admitted that she and Arroyave almost got divorced in 2017 during her first season on “RHOBH.”
