Taylor Armstrong is setting the record straight — on a satirical social media upload.
The “Real Housewives of Beverly Hills” alum reacted to a spoof story circulating via X that she “confirm[ed] to GQ that she dated Kyle Richards for about five months in 2016.”
The tweet continued, “She says the two are friends now: ‘She’s family no matter what.’”
Armstrong, 52, told her followers Wednesday that the “complete bulls–t” rumor about her and her longtime pal was “lies, lies, lies.”
She wrote, “Kyle is like family to me and always has been! I never said this, thought this or experienced this.”
The former Bravolebrity’s followers were quick to point out that the original tweet was parodied after Hunter Schafer’s recent GQ profile, in which the “Euphoria” star confirmed she dated Rosalía for five months in 2019.
“Omggggg lol I’m so sorry Taylor but that was a lie we all knew it was,” one fan wrote, while another joked, “This why the elderly have to stay off Twitter.”
As many netizens quipped that Armstrong should “sue” the meme account that posted the tweet, one social media user noted, “Taylor baby that’s a parody account.”
The “Real Housewives of Orange County” alum has yet to react to the clarifications.
She and Richards have been friends since Armstrong appeared on the first season of “RHOBH” in 2010.

Richards, 55, was married to Mauricio Umansky at the time, with news breaking of the duo’s separation in July 2023 after 27 years of marriage.
Armstrong told “Watch What Happens Live with Andy Cohen” viewers two months later that she felt “neutral on the whole issue” and just wanted Richards to be “happy.”
She did not, however, weigh in on gossip about Richards dating country singer Morgan Wade.
The pair have repeatedly denied speculation — but continue to fuel the rumor mill with flirtatious Instagram comments and a steamy music video.
Although Umansky, 53, admitted on “Buying Beverly Hills” last month that there is “no question” about his estranged wife’s “connection” to Wade, 29, he has no put “pressure” on Richards by outright asking her about their bond.
