Sean “Diddy” Combs was spotted outside a Miami airport slowly strolling back and forth on Monday just hours after two of his homes were raided by federal authorities, according to a report.
The rapper was alone and appeared to be holding a cell phone in one hand while he stuffed his other hand in his pocket while pacing outside Miami-Opa Locka Executive Airport on Monday evening, according to footage obtained by TMZ.
The sighting comes about two hours after the feds began searching Diddy’s homes in Miami and Los Angeles as part of a federal investigation into sex trafficking, law enforcement sources said.
Authorities targeted the pair of homes because they wanted to seize the record label mogul’s phones and computers, sources told The Post.
Diddy was pacing outside a Customs office at the airport when the footage was shot, and he was waiting for other people, TMZ reported. The music star and his pals were stopped and questioned by investigators at one point, per the outlet.
While the 54-year-old celebrity was in Miami, his private plane was reportedly on the ground in the Caribbean.
The celeb’s black Gulfstream 5 was tracked to Antigua on Monday afternoon by TMZ. The plane took off from Los Angeles around 9 a.m. Monday.
It’s unclear who was on board the flight to Antigua.
While Combs was at the Miami airport for a planned departure on another plane to the Bahamas, Homeland Security officials seized phones from the “I’ll Be Missing You” rapper, according to NBC News.
It isn’t known if he ended up making the trip.
Footage of the raid on Diddy’s LA mansion showed a number of people detained outside the home. It’s unclear if anyone was taken into custody.
Both the California and Florida raids were led by the Homeland Security Investigations Human Trafficking Task Force, based on a search warrant issued by the Southern District of New York, sources told The Post.
At least four Jane Does and one John Doe have been interviewed by New York prosecutors in connection to sex trafficking allegations and a RICO case, sources told Rolling Stone.
“Earlier today, Homeland Security Investigations (HSI) New York executed law enforcement actions as part of an ongoing investigation, with assistance from HSI Los Angeles, HSI Miami, and our local law enforcement partners. We will provide further information as it becomes available,” HSI told The Post.
