Sade Robinson family notified of human arm washed up in Illinois

A human arm was found on an Illinois beach this week — more than seven weeks after a 19-year-old college student was killed and dismembered nearby while on a date.

Investigators have not confirmed that the limb belonged to Sade Robinson, but said they notified her grieving family on Mother’s Day, 12 WISN reported.

A person made the horrifying discovery Saturday while walking along Waukegan Municipal Beach, more than 50 miles south of the Milwaukee basement sex dungeon in which police believe Robinson was slaughtered.

The Milwaukee Area Technical College student was killed following an April 1 date with 33-year-old Maxwell Anderson that ended at his home, prosecutors said.

Anderson’s basement was outfitted with “a sex sling, restraints and handcuffs” as well as blood smears covering the bed and walls — which eerily did not match Robinson.

Her cellphone pinged at several locations across the city between midnight and 4:30 a.m., before finally running out of battery near the shores of Lake Michigan. Robinson’s torched Honda was found miles away in the following hours.

A foot, a torso, an arm and pieces of human flesh were found scattered across the shores in the following weeks.

Her family has held off on having a proper funeral for Robinson until the rest of her remains are recovered.

“(Robinson’s mother) does want the rest of her baby. We can’t talk about cremation, burial, or any of those things,” Erika Brown told the Milwaukee Journal Sentinel last week.

Anderson — who has at least three prior convictions for domestic incidents — has been charged with first-degree intentional homicide, mutilating a corpse, and arson in the case.

He pleaded not guilty last month. He is being held on a $5 million bond.
