Nick Cannon and Abby De La Rosa’s son Zillion has been diagnosed with autism.
The parents of three revealed Tuesday — which is World Autism Awareness Day — that their 2-year-old was “recently” diagnosed with autism spectrum disorder.
“Our beautiful boy experiences life in 4D and teaches us something new everyday!” they captioned their joint Instagram post. “His love, strength and brilliance light up every room he enters!”
“We are blessed that God had placed such an amazing spirit under our guardianship and we have accepted this assignment wholeheartedly!” they continued.
“On this World Autism Awareness Day, we extend our embrace to families worldwide, acknowledging shared challenges and championing understanding,” Cannon, 43, and De La Rosa, 33, added.
“Together, let’s create a world of acceptance and compassion.”
The actor and radio personality share twins Zion and Zillion, as well as daughter Beautiful, 16 months.
They posted their message alongside a video of all three of their kids at a festive backyard Easter celebration, where Cannon dressed up as the Easter Bunny. The video showed them enthusiastically collecting dozens of light-up Easter eggs and posing for a family photo.
The “Masked Singer” host also commented on the announcement to show Zillion some more love, writing, “My brilliant little guy! We love you Zilly!”
De La Rosa, meanwhile, took to her Instagram Story to share some sentiments about her journey with Zillion.
“The last year has really been one of the most challenging years of my life,” she began. “Constantly advocating and fighting for answers all while working and trying to be the best mother, friend, and partner.”

She also revealed the light-up eggs at their backyard egg hunt were meant to help with Zillion’s “sensory needs” and he “absolutely loved it.”
Zion, Zillion and Beautiful are just three of Cannon’s children who got to spend time with him over the weekend, as he seemingly brought his bunny costume to his other 10 children as well.
He shares three kids — Golden Sagon, 7, Powerful Queen, 3, and Rise Messiah, 1 — with Brittany Bell, 12-year-old twins Moroccan and Monroe with Mariah Carey, a 1-year-old daughter, Onyx Ice Cole, with LaNisha Cole, a 1-year-old son, Legendary Love, with Bre Tiesi, and a 1-year-old daughter, Halo Marie, with Alyssa Scott.
He and Scott also share a son named Zen, who died from a brain tumor at 5 months old in December 2021.
They traveled to St. Mary’s Children’s Hospital in Bayside, N.Y. on Saturday for Zen’s Light Easter Egg-stravaganza to honor him.
