NFL Week 11 odds, picks, bets, props

Just when we thought the New York Jets were back, they showed us that they played a trick on Halloween.

Gang Green’s performance against Arizona last week feels like rock bottom for this team, but the good thing about hitting rock bottom is that there is only one way to go.

The Jets will welcome the Indianapolis Colts, who are riding a three-game losing streak.

Their latest round of struggles sparked a second quarterback change of the season, as Anthony Richardson will return as the starter for Indianapolis going forward.

It remains to be seen if Richardson has worked on his accuracy since being benched, but the sophomore’s return makes the Colts’ offense dynamic on the ground.

Richardson and running back Jonathan Taylor have combined to average 5.4 yards per carry this season.

They will put that up against a Jets defense that has been gashed by the run all year long.

They are 25th in rushing yards allowed per game and have amplified those struggles by ranking 29th in tackling, according to Pro Football Focus.

Another wrinkle the Jets will have to contend with is tempo.

The Colts have the second-fastest offense in football in terms of seconds per play, but that tempo may also help the Jets’ offense stay in rhythm.

New York has been a pass-heavy offense this year, mostly due to game script, but letting Rodgers sling it in this one will give them the best chance to put points on the board.

Betting on the NFL?

The Colts rank 28th in yards per pass allowed, 29th in opponent completion percentage and 24th in sack rate.

Look for this one to be a back-and-forth affair and sail over the total.
